Delivery Time
The stock status of the product is shown on the product page. If we don't have your product in stock, we'll contact you through e-mail with an estimate for the delivery time.

Which types of shipping services are offered?
We offer you a selection of shipment options. On completing your order, you can select the delivery method and speed that best fits your needs. The applicable options and corresponding shipping costs based on shipment address and parcel size and weight are shown before checkout. When viewing your shopping cart, you can calculate a shipping estimate for the available shipping options.

Where do we ship?
atum3D currently ships to many countries worldwide. We are increasing the number of countries we ship to regularly, so if you can’t find your shipping location in our delivery options, please contact us and we will see if we can help you out. Our Returns Policy
You can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if for any reason you're not completely happy with it. You must inform us of your intent to return the item, and obtain a return authorization number, by contacting 

How to Return Your Order
You will need to obtain a return authorization for the item(s) you wish to return. You must inform us of your intent to return the item by following the instructions provided by our staff after contacting

Items should be returned with the original branded product packaging. Products must be unopened and in an unused condition, except in the case of products which you have discovered to be faulty upon use. In that case, please refer to "Returning faulty or damaged products".

Please package your parcel securely, enclosing your completed returns slip inside the parcel. You can find the return address on your returns slip.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your order back to us. You can do so using any courier of your choosing, but please note that we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received the wrong product).

Returning an order from outside the Netherlands
If you are returning an order from outside the Netherlands, please follow the returns instructions above. Your specific returns address is displayed on the returns slip you’ll obtain from our customers service team.

If you are returning an order from outside of the EU, your local post office should be able to provide you with a CN22 form to stick on your package to help smooth its passage through Dutch customs. You will not be charged any import duty. We also recommend writing "Return" in big letters on the side of the package.

Returning faulty or damaged products
We're very sorry if you've received a faulty, defective or damaged item. If this is the case, please contact us and include as much information about the fault as possible and a photo if you can; we'll let you know how best to proceed. If you need to return a faulty product to us, we will refund you the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us to find out more.

Returning an incorrect delivery
We're very sorry if you believe you have received a different item to what you ordered. If this is the case, please contact us explaining what has happened, and we will refund you the cost of returning the item to us.

Time taken to be refunded for returned orders
Returned items will be checked at our warehouse after which we will issue a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of us receiving your return. We will send you an email to let you know that your refund has been processed.
